Privacy Notice
We explain in plain language what personal data we process on this site, why, and what your rights are.

1. Data controller
Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the data controllers are Özgür Kıral and Ozan Kıral, operating under the Yotoking brand ("Yotoking", "we"), based in Istanbul. You can reach us at hello@yotoking.com .
2. What data we process
- Quote form: full name, email, phone (optional), company name (optional), the services you're interested in and what you write about your project.
- Email and WhatsApp messages: your contact details and message contents when you write to us.
- Technical data: an irreversible hash of your IP address for form security (short-term) and server logs.
- Analytics data: only if you give consent in the cookie banner, anonymous statistics on how you use the site (Google Analytics 4).
3. Purposes and legal grounds
- Answering your request, preparing a quote and conducting pre-contract discussions: KVKK Art. 5/2-c (directly related to the formation of a contract).
- Preventing abuse of the form and keeping the site secure: KVKK Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).
- Measuring and improving site usage: KVKK Art. 5/1 (explicit consent; your consent in the cookie banner).
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell your data or share it for advertising. It is shared only with the hosting and email providers we use to deliver the service, and with Google Analytics if you consent. As these providers' servers may be located abroad, transfers are made under KVKK Art. 9. Data may be shared with authorized public bodies where there is a legal obligation.
5. How long we keep it
If no business relationship follows, we keep quote requests and correspondence for at most 1 year and then delete them. If a business relationship is established, data is kept for the periods required by the applicable legislation.
6. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, learn the third parties it was shared with, object, and claim compensation for damages. You can send your request to hello@yotoking.com ; we reply within 30 days at the latest.
7. Cookies and local storage
- Essential: your theme preference (light/dark) and your cookie preference are kept in your browser's local storage. They contain no personal data.
- Analytics: Google Analytics cookies load only if you click "Accept". If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice by clearing the site data in your browser.
- Advertising: we don't use advertising or remarketing cookies.
