AI-Powered Business Process Automation

Entering incoming invoices by hand, reading every email to route it to the right person, preparing the same report every week: that's not work for people. We build systems that take over rule-based work with classic automation and reading-and-interpretation work with AI, and leave the result on your desk.

What we do

What's included?

Competitor and price tracking

We scan the sites you choose on a schedule and record price and stock changes. When a competitor cuts prices, you know the same day.

Automated reporting

We combine data from Google Ads, Meta, Analytics and your own system into a single report, ready in your inbox every morning.

A bridge between programs

When an order lands in one place, it's written to the other automatically. No more entering the same data twice.

Alerts and notifications

Email, SMS or WhatsApp notifications when a threshold you set is crossed. You don't wait for someone to open the report.

Data collection

Regular, rule-compliant data collection from public websites. Collected data is cleaned and written to a spreadsheet or database.

Scheduled tasks

Tasks that run daily, weekly or hourly. If something fails, the system retries and lets you know.

Invoice and document reading

AI reads the company, amount, due date and line items from PDF invoices, delivery notes, order forms or contracts; data that passes the validation rules is written to your accounting or stock system. Documents it isn't sure about go to approval.

Email and request classification

AI sorts incoming emails and form requests by topic, urgency and customer, assigns them to the right person and opens the CRM record. Nobody has to read the inbox line by line.

Drafts and summaries

AI prepares the first draft of texts such as proposals, customer replies or meeting summaries, based on your company knowledge. Final review and sending always stay with you.

Frequently asked

About business automation

Which tasks can be automated?

Any task with clear rules that repeats. If you can describe a task you do by hand step by step, it can most likely be automated. Decisions that require human judgment stay out of scope.

How quickly does automation pay for itself?

When a reporting task that takes a few hours a week is automated, it usually pays for itself within a few months. In our call we work out together how many hours that task costs you today.

Is data collection legal?

We collect public data in line with each site's terms of use and robots rules. Where personal data is involved, we follow the applicable data protection law. If a request crosses the line, we say so openly.

An off-the-shelf tool (n8n, Make, Zapier) or custom automation?

We use both. For simple, standard flows, off-the-shelf tools are fast and cheap, and we can set them up and hand them over. For document reading, complex rules, high volume, or when data must not leave the company, custom-built automation is more robust and cheaper in the long run. We tell you which fits, and why, in the first call.

What happens if the AI misreads something?

We put validation rules on every automation: do the totals add up, is the tax number valid, is a field empty. Records that fail a rule, or that the AI isn't sure about, are not processed automatically; they go to an approval list. You see the accuracy rate in the dashboard every week.

What happens if an automation breaks?

The system catches the error and retries; if it can't recover, it notifies both us and you. When sites we track change their structure, we update the automation under the maintenance agreement.

Let's define the scope together.

Tell us what you need and we'll send you, in writing, how long it will take and what it will cost. No obligation.
